To About

ABI is a Mediterranean restaurant with an oriental influence, inspired by the recipes and memories of our grandparents. Our cuisine is based on dishes shared with family, lively tables, and the aroma of spices simmering from early morning. We wanted to recreate this spirit: sincere, generous cuisine, faithful to the traditions of Morocco and the Mediterranean basin.

Every day, we prepare tagines, salads, grilled meats, and breads just as we were taught, using sun-ripened ingredients and a lot of patience. Through our dishes, we aim to convey the taste of authenticity, that of homemade meals designed to be shared and savored without haste.

Our history

ABI is short for our name, Abihssira. With this name, we wanted to highlight our roots, our family history, and the values that have been passed down to us. ABI is not just a brand name: it is a legacy, that of a Moroccan culture open to the Mediterranean, built on respect, hospitality, and sharing.

The name ABI evokes the figure of grandparents, guardians of recipes and values of sharing. Our aim is not to transform this cuisine, but to bring it to life as it exists in our memories, respecting the techniques and cooking methods that give it its unique character.

The atmosphere

As soon as you walk in, ABI immerses visitors in a warm atmosphere. Natural materials, colors inspired by the Mediterranean and the Orient, and soft lighting evoke the interior of a Moroccan home. We envisioned a welcoming, friendly place where everyone can gather around heartfelt cuisine.

Whether for a family meal, dinner with friends, or a quick lunch, ABI aims to be a place that welcomes everyone. A space where Eastern hospitality meets the Mediterranean way of life.

Abi's kitchenAbi

Our menu is inspired by iconic Moroccan dishes and recipes from around the Mediterranean: fresh vegetables, marinated meats, fish, light semolina dishes, and traditional desserts (not halal certified). Everything is homemade, slow-cooked, and seasoned with authentic spices.

At ABI, cooking is all about sharing: plates are placed in the center of the table, flavors blend together, and meals are enjoyed at leisure. We want to offer our customers a simple and authentic experience, true to the spirit of our grandparents.
